Austin Housing Market ICE COLDS Says Zillow
Out of 19,000 realtors in Austin, only 4% closed a home in Austin in January! Many realtors with YouTube pages like to look at this fact and predict that we are headed toward a housing crash. However, I am about to prove to you with LOTS of data as to why this is completely not the case.
I want to make sure that if you’re a buyer, you’re not so terrified to purchase by what you’re hearing and instead by looking at hard facts.
If you’re a seller, it’s all about pricing the home correctly. Every home I have listed this year, I have put under contract because of it being priced just right.
