Housing Inventory is Really TOO LOW!

Our population in Austin is more than 1 million. However, we have 1,700 homes available right now in Austin.  Even with the inventory available there is not a lot of nice-looking homes at the price point of 650K or below. Yet, the market of homes listed at $500K and below are still in that very competitive market that we saw during COVID.  This is compounded by the fact that very few builders are building at this price point as well.  Rental inventory is also an aspect that we must also consider. All the potential homeowners are having to rent instead of buy due to the unaffordable housing.  Watch my video and learn how the constant migration of people to Austin is saving our market .
