Austin Housing Crash Coming! Down 15%!

There are many areas that could spell disaster for Austin’s market coming this summer. That’s if one thing does NOT change (watch my video to learn more).  If we do see a recession, I would recommend selling my home now instead of waiting.  If you’re a buyer, learn how long I recommend you wait.  Our economy is possibly going to default on our debts depending on what Congress decides to do about the current debt limit.   This decision will be revealed this June 2023.   “If Congress fails to raise the [debt] limit in the coming weeks, Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen claims, economic “calamity” would ensue.”
