Austin Housing Crash Coming in 2023 The Truth!

The housing numbers for Austin were just released and they are showing that we are down 4% year after year. Unfortunately, we look at year after year data, but monthly data tells a different story.  For example, we actually had an increase in closings from November to December in 2022. If we study the charts presented in my video, you will be able to see that Austin already had our housing crash back in August of 2022!

This video will also explore how the tax breaks given as an incentive for huge companies to come to Austin is on the voting block.  Depending on how the legislation votes on this matter, it will directly affect whether large companies will still want to make Austin their home or not.
