Austin Suburbs SLASHING Home Prices

People have been leaving Austin for the suburbs. We are going to talk about Kyle, Buda, Georgetown, Bastrop and many other areas to discuss the home prices.   Keep in mind that the average price USED to be $550K and now we are looking at $450K as the median for many of these areas.  We are going to look at what suburbs have had the most dramatic drops.  Let’s deep dive into all of these drops and areas.  Hopefully this may help you make the decision about where you may want to end up in 2023.
