Austin TX #1 Best City For Growth?

There’s a lot of people who are hoping for a crash in Austin.   This may be because these people missed out on buying and selling homes in the crash of 2008.  However, since 1998 Austin and surrounding areas have been named number one for growth.  Austin and our surrounding areas have been given this title repeatedly for 25 years folks!  A byproduct of purchasing a home in Austin is that it is proven to accrue wealth over time.  I hate some of Dave Ramsey’s advice and I will explain why in my video.
