Did Austin Home Inventory Disappear?

We are analyzing the trend of inventory available in the market right now because it communicates a bigger story in the direction of where we are headed in 2023.  “The time to sell is the longest it’s been in 5 years. So, what are we watching from that information?”  I want to point out that we don’t really know what is going to happen with this market going forward. But I hate to give people the false hope that yes, it’s going to be an amazing year. I don’t want to do that. However, if you’re an investor and you really have time to just wait, maybe wait it out until October and see where things are.
