Home Builders Going Out of Business in 2023!
If you’re looking to purchase a new built home, currently 40% of our inventory in Austin is new construction homes. The sentiment of the homebuilders have all shared with me that until they drastically lowered prices did they actually begin to see sales. Even with these price reductions, the overall feeling they are getting from their buyers is an anxiousness. On top of lowering the price of the home from 20K-50K less, many builders are also offering incentives that are worth the push to potentially buy.
