This location is insane! It’s Oak Hill at Scenic Pass.  It is 54 homes created within an already existing neighborhood. It is located 15 minutes from downtown and you’re close to the YMCA, awesome restaurants, and shopping centers.

It is also in the most sought-after school district with Bowie H.S.! Its median home price for the condos that look like homes is $530K. Homesites will average at 560K-728K.
