  • Shipley’s Donuts – A Texas favorite, finally making its way to Dripping Springs.
  • Short Mama’s Bistro – A new home-style eatery set to open in a transformed 6,500-square-foot building.
  • Potential Chuy’s Location – A new Tex-Mex spot may be coming to Belterra Village, though final plans are still uncertain.
